William Skelton

William Dean Skelton age 86, passed away on Friday, February 3, 2017, in Mt. Pleasant, TX. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, February 7, 2017, at 2:00 P.M. at Curry-Welborn Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with a visitation Monday night from 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M.
William was born on October 19, 1930 to Arthur and Alma Lee McCauley Skelton in Mt. Pleasant TX. He worked for Lone Star Steel for 37 years. He is survived by his daughters; Sharon K. Thomas and husband Dwight of Hughes Springs TX, Judy Steger and husband Doug of Gladewater TX, Kisha Moon and husband Max of Dallas TX, son Robert Skelton of Texarkana TX, grandchildren; Woody Mauldin of California, Kyle Newsom of Las Vegas NV, Kristen Armstrong of Gladewater TX, Bo Skelton of Lubbock TX, Bekah Hibbard of Tyler TX, Paul Skelton of Dallas TX, Xavier Ward of Dallas TX and Kayla Ward of Dallas TX, nine great grandchildren, bothers; Walter Joe Skelton of Mt. Pleasant TX, Arthur Buell Skelton of Mt. Pleasant TX, sister Marie Jacobs of Houston TX and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death his parents Arthur and Alma Skelton.
