Terry Marshall

Terry Lynn Marshall, age 67, of Galveston TX., formally of Mt. Pleasant TX, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2019 in Galveston TX. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Bro. Tommy Oglesby officiating. There will be no formal visitation.

Terry was born on March 25, 1952 in Mt. Pleasant TX., to M.D. Marshall and Joylynn “Meadows” Stonecypher. She was baptized at Dellwood Baptist Church in Mount Pleasant, as well as played the piano for the church. She attended UT Tyler nursing school and became a registered nurse for over 30 years. She was a traveling nurse for over 10 years, which she traveled to many places from the east coast to the west coast. This also gave her the opportunity to study genealogy everywhere she went.

She is survived by her mother, Joylynn Stonecypher; stepfather, Ray Stonecypher; son Marty Chople, close friends Jessica Kendall and Sunny, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her brother Gary Marshall.
