Petra Tellez

Graveside service for Petra Tellez, age 87, of Talco, Texas will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at Talco Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M at Curry-Welborn Funeral Home prior to service. Mrs. Tellez passed away at her home on January 13, 2025.

Petra Tellez Mendez was born on September 17, 1937, in Atoyac de Alvarez, Gro. Mexico to Rosendo Tellez and Ma. Dolores Mendez de Tellez. 

Petra is survived by her husband, Candido Rea, her sons; Eli Rea and Demetrio Rea, her grandchildren; Kassandra Rea, Isaac E. Rea, Hannah N. Rea, Rachel Rea, Sarah H. Rea, and Benjamin L. Rea.
