Patricia Ann Anderson

July 18, 1941 — October 3, 2023

Pittsburg, Texas

Patricia Ann Wright Anderson was born on July 18, 1941, in Haskell, Texas, to parents J. A. and Rosie B. (Corley) Wright. She went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.

Pat, as her friends called her was a woman of many talents. She was an amazing seamstress, often making beautiful clothes for her 4 girls growing up, and hand making Easter dresses for her granddaughters each year. She played piano in her church, cooked and baked for friends, neighbors and her family daily and loved to make and eat homemade candies. Above all, Patricia valued her family. She was fiercely devoted to her husband Ronnie for 65 years, following him on horse show adventures, ranching, and raising their daughters. She kept grandchildren, spoiled neighborhood children, and always had cookies whenever anyone would stop by, be it a friend, delivery driver, or the garbage pickup man. She was giving, generous and a little sassy. Her presence in the community she lived in for 65 years will be missed. And heaven is rejoicing as she is reunited with loved ones who have gone before her. Her legacy lives on with her family and those who lives she touched.

She is survived by her husband Ronald D. Anderson, 4 daughters, DeAnn St. Claire, Donna and Harry King, Mary Jo and Jim Babcock, Vicky and Scott Robertson; 9 grandchildren, Beth and Ryan Goodwin, Crystal and Michael Rutledge, Amanda and Brad Penny, Rhonda and Matt Dunn, Joseph Day, Ronald Anderson, Robin and Ian Battiest, James Robertson, Racheal and Michael Reynolds; 26 great-grandchildren, Dakota Goodwin, Makayla Goodwin, Wyatt Goodwin, Draven Wooten, Ellion Wooten, Matthew and Brooke Simpson, Grace Neighbours, Alexis Hamlin, Victoria Penny, Maci Penny, Noah Dunn, Natalie Dunn, Charlee Dunn, Kenndee Dunn, Birdie Dunn, Willow Dunn, Will Day, Norah Day, Jordan Anderson, Hailey Huff, John Huff, Hayden Allen, Marlee Battiest, Dock Robertson, Rylan Carr, Braedyn Reynolds, Bradley Reynolds.
