Mary Barber

Mary Ann Barber, age 72, of Mount Pleasant, passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2013 at the East Texas Medical Center in Tyler. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, June 9, 2013 at Curry-Welborn Funeral Home with Pastor Tom Ray officiating. Interment will follow at Bridges Chapel Cemetery with Ashley Amerson, Theron Austin, Peter Licata, Randy Wolosek, Rayme Beshears and Donny Welk serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearer is Ray Dubey. Visitation will be from 5-7 P.M. Saturday, June 8, 2013 at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Curry-Welborn Funeral Home.
Mrs. Barber was born on December 16, 1940 in Corsicana, TX, the daughter of Fred and Mirl Stinson.
She is survived by her husband, Bobby Barber of Mount Pleasant; five children, Donna Wolosek of Lake Worth, TX, Clinton Barber of Mount Pleasant, Charolett Beshears of Bedford, TX, Lisa Barber of Mount Pleasant and Karen Walls of Ore City. Three sisters, Earline Edwards of Lake Worth, TX, Gay Carpenter of Garland and Sue Gill of Red Oak; a brother, Thomas Stinson and wife Mary of Kaufman; Sixteen grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and five brothers, Freddy Stinson, Kenneth Stinson, Donald Ray Stinson, Ronnie Stinson and James Stinson.
