Mary Adams

Mary Fern Adams, 92, of Mt. Pleasant passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2014 in Edmond, Oklahoma. Funeral service will be 11:00am Monday, September8, 2014 at Curry-Welborn Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Chip Horton officiating. Burial will follow in Center Grove Cemetery under the direction of Curry-Welborn Funeral Home. Visitation will be 6:00pm to 8:00pm, Sunday, September 7, 2014 at Curry-Welborn Funeral Home.
Mary was born November 16, 1921 to William Paul Frame and Vada Baxter Frame. She married Willard Luther Adams in Tulia, Texas on July 23, 1951. Mary was a very loving person and had many friends that she considered part of her family. She also had many hobbies that she enjoyed that included sewing, painting, cooking, cake decorating and gardening. She had other activities that she enjoyed participating in with her family such as fishing, hunting, camping and most of all playing games and cards.
Mary is survived by her daughter Nancy Boyer and husband Glen of Edmond, Oklahoma; step-daughter Diana Doggett; son Tony Adams and wife Barbara of Anna, Texas; grandchildren Paul and Dawn Adams of Cedar Point, Texas, Roy and Dara Adams of Celina, Texas, Christie and Toby Smith of Snyder, Texas, Sean and Marie Wear of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Trey Boyer of Norman, Oklahoma, Nicole Boyer of Edmond, Oklahoma, Kim Curtis of Charleston, South Carolina, David Curtis of Charleston, South Carolina and Jerry Jacob of Cookville, Texas; great grandchildren Rylee, Kelsie, Colter, Summer, Kyler, Kiersten, Kelby, Liam and Sidney; brother Frank Frame of Jal, New Mexico; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son Paul Adams; great grandchild Cody Adams and brother Jimmy Frame.
