Martha Jones

Martha Dean Jones, age 82 of Mount Pleasant, passed away Sunday, March 27, 2016 in Mount Pleasant. Visitation will be Saturday April 2, 2016 at Hillcrest Baptist Church in Mount Pleasant at 1:00 P.M. and memorial services will be held Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Hillcrest Baptist Church in Mount Pleasant at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Lloyd Bedsworth officiating.

Martha was born in Mount Pleasant on September 11, 1933 to Johnnie and Mildred Lindley and married Dwayne Jones in Las Vegas Nevada. Martha was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and was loved by her friends and family.

She is survived by her son Guillermo and wife Maria Guadalupe Rodriguez; grandchildren William Rodriguez and wife Blanca and daughter Sorenity, Mae Rodriguez, Angel Rodriguez, Uriel Rodriguez; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Dwayne Jones and parents Johnnie and Mildred Lindley.
