Margie Going

Margie Ruth Going, age 61, of Mount Pleasant died Thursday, April 11, 2013 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Sunday April 14, 2013 at Curry-Welborn Funeral Home with Bro. Joe Luna officiating. Interment will follow at Edwards Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Curry-Welborn Funeral Home.

Mrs. Going was born in Broken Bow, OK on January 4, 1952, the daughter of J.D. and Nellie Shomo.

She is survived by her husband, Everett Going of Mount Pleasant; seven children, Beverly Wilson and husband Willard of Idabel, OK, Kenneth Williston Jr. "Beans" of Mount Pleasant, Toby Williston of Broken Bow, OK, Ryan Williston of Mount Pleasant, Gabriel Going of Idabel, OK, Genna Melendez of Mount Pleasant and Zachari Melendez of Mount Pleasant; three grandchildren, Aidan Williston of Broken Bow, OK, Micah Williston of Broken Bow, OK and Selema Newman of Westville, OK; six brothers, Virgil Shomo, Robert Shomo, Jimmy Shomo, Marcus Shomo and David Shomo, Stanley Shomo and wife GayDawn all of Broken Bow, OK; four sisters, Barbara Tonihka of Broken Bow, OK, Betty McKinney and husband Silas of Broken Bow, OK, Linda Hernandez and husband Beto of Mount Pleasant and Vinita Shomo of Idabel, OK. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Johnny Shomo; two nephews, Jay Shomo and Michael Martin.
