Larry Sansom

Larry Charles Sansom, age 70, of Garland TX., passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2015 at his residence. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at the Curry-Welborn Funeral Home with Alvis Nichols officiating. Interment will follow at the Bridges Chapel Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant with Doug Crockett, James Lewis, Derek Wright, Danny Moore, Steve Moore and Phillip Gilbreath serving as pallbearers. Family visitation will be held on Monday, November 2, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Larry was born on April 16, 1945 to Charles and Lucille (Corbitt) Sansom. He married Linda Mae Edwards on May 22, 1964 in Daphne TX., he was retired and a member of the Wylie Church of Christ.
Larry is survived by his wife of over 50 Years, Linda Sansom of Garland TX., son, Arley Sansom of Quinlan TX., daughter, Belinda Williams and husband Pete of McKinney TX., and grandchildren, Savannah Williams of McKinney TX., and Sadler Cole Sansom of Rockwall TX. He is also survived by his brothers, Bobby Sansom and wife Melanie of Pittsburg TX., and Ronny Sansom and wife LaJuana of Pittsburg TX., sister's in-laws; Edna Hunnicutt, and Mary Jo Holmes of Mt. Vernon TX., Barbara Alford and Husband Jim of Mt. Vernon TX., Shirley Moore and husband Danny of Garland TX., Diane Sansom of Paris TX., and brother in-law, Harold Edwards and wife Ann of Mt. Pleasant TX., and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, Charles and Lucille Sansom of Winnsboro TX., and a brother Jerry Sansom of Paris TX., and sister in-law Martha Cates of Mt. Pleasant TX.
