Kelton C. Smith, age 87, of Talco TX., passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at his residence. Kelton was born on September 30, 1931 in Sugar Hill. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Curry-Welborn Funeral Home. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
