Johnny Sisk

Johnny Sisk, age 69, of Cookville, TX went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 12, 2021 surrounded by family. He was born on January 23, 1952 to William Sisk Jr. and Emma Ruth Hardin in Pittsburg, Texas. Johnny was married to Mary Nell Cook for 18 Years. Mr. Sisk was an avid outdoorsman. He loved to fish and hunt.

Johnny is survived by brothers Robert and wife Shirlene Sisk, Rickey and wife Dicie Sisk; sister, Mary Bowen and fiancé Billy Cheek; five nieces and nephews; six great nieces and nephews; and Aunt Jo Ann and husband Jerry Collier, and numerous special cousins and extended family.

Johnny was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and son, Johnny Sisk Jr.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at 3:00pm at the Liberty Hill Cemetery in Mount Pleasant with Rev. Joe Cameron officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to service at the cemetery.
