James Holmes Jr.

James Holmes Jr., age 44 of Knoxville, TN passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2016 in Greenville, TX. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at Nevill's Chapel Cemetery with Pastor Jim Parker officiating in Mt. Pleasant, TX. Visitation will be Wednesday December 21, 2016 from 12:00 - 1:30 P.M. at Curry-Welborn Funeral Home prior to services.
James was born on September 22, 1972 in Dallas, TX to James Alfred Holmes Sr. and Brenda Jean Massie. He worked as an auto mechanic for 15 years. He was preceded in death by his step father Larry Thomas, step brother Maurey Miller and his grandparents Alred and Ocie Holmes.
He is survived by his two daughters Kandise LeAnn Holmes of Knoxville, TN and Noenna Gaide Holmes of Red Oak, TX. His mother Brenda Thomas of Knoxville, TN and father James Holmes Sr. of Oklahoma. Brother Jeremy Holmes of Knoxville, TN and step sister Moniquie Miller of TX, grandparents Darrell and Carolon Massie of Mt. Pleasant, TX and numerous aunt's, uncle's and cousins.
