Gaye Wynell Horton

Gaye Wynell Horton, age 75, of Mt. Pleasant TX., passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2024, in Texarkana TX., surrounded by her loving daughters. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. at the Talco Cemetery with Bro. John Hines officiating. Christopher Lozano, Roberto Alvarez, David Walker and J.C. King will serve as pallbearers with Lucas Lozano serving as an honorary pallbearer. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service at the cemetery under the pavilion. Public viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. at the Curry-Welborn Funeral Home.

Gaye was born on November 5, 1948, in Talco TX., the daughter of John Marion Gaddis and Inez (Quilantin) Bolin.

She was a loving Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother and an in-home sitter for the elderly.

She is survived by her daughters; LaJuana Sansom of Pittsburg TX., and Crystal Horton of Mt. Pleasant TX., her grandsons; Mickael Agundiz,, Christopher Lozano and wife Vianey, Roberto Alvarez and girlfriend Kenzie Kimbrough, her great-grandchildren: Lucas Lozano, Noah Lozano, Easton Alvarez, Isabell Agundiz, and Jaqueline Agundiz, as well as her nieces and nephew, Brandy Clark, Pam Novack and Christopher Gaddis and her special niece whom she loved like a daughter, Patti Brewer.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John Marion Gaddis and Inez Bolin, her brother, John Gaddis, and her son in law Ronny Sansom.
