Fredrick Hatcher

Fredrick "Fred" Hatcher, age 67, of Mt. pleasant TX., passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 in Mt. Pleasant TX. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at the Curry-Welborn Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the Denton Masonic Cemetery in Mt. Vernon TX. Mr. Hatcher will lie in state on Friday, March 20, 2015 at Curry-Welborn Funeral Home.
Fred was born on June 25, 1947 in Titus County to Alvin Sr. and Verdell Roberson Hatcher. He was a member of the Sunset Baptist Church.
Left to Cherish his memories are two brothers; Alvin Hatcher Jr. (Darlene) , and Robert Wayne Hatcher (Barbara). Two sisters; Linda Faye Barrett (Richard) and Diana Gale Bozeman and a special friend and caretaker Eula Dee Chambers as well as five nephews and six nieces and a host of cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Alvin Sr. and Verdell Hatcher brothers; Raymond Hatcher Sr., Lenord Hatcher, Charles Hatcher, and Aldolphus Hatcher and his nephews; Quentin, Ronald, Melvin, Raymond Jr., and Darnell Hatcher.
Dinner will be served immediately after service at the
NETO Senior Citizen Meal Center in Mount Vernon, TX.
