A Celebration of Life for Ebbin Ray Elliott Jr., age 67, of Talco will be held at 2:00 P.M on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at Circle C Cowboy Church with Brother Kelly Baker officiating.
Ebbin Ray Elliott Jr. ran into the arms of Jesus on September 24, 2024.
Ray was the oldest out of eight boys. He was born on December 30, 1956, to Ebbin Ray Elliott Sr. and Liza Ruth Humphrey in Fort Worth, TX.
Ray was a hard worker and provider for his family. He worked in the oil field for 35 years. He would give you the shirt off his back, if he thought you needed it more. He was forever helping anyone that needed it.
Ray and his wife, Tamie would have celebrated 50 years of marriage on March 8, 2025. Together, Ray and Tamie, had two girls, Tabatha and Jessica.
Ray is survived by his wife, Tamie Elliott of Talco, TX., daughter and son, Tabatha and Kelly Baker of Mount Pleasant, TX., granddaughters and grandsons; Breanthony and Jamie Humphrey of Midlothian, TX., Madalyn and Levi Cole of Naples, TX., brother-in-law, Mike Smith of Bogata, TX., mother, Liza Elliott of Jenkins, TX., sisters; Gloria Vanginkle, Laura Moore, and Peggy Moore, brothers; Doug and Joe Elliott. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Ray was loved by all those who knew him, and he will forever be missed.
Ray is preceded in death by his father, Ebbin Ray Elliott Sr., sisters, Gene Booker and Darlene Gurley, father and mother-in-law, K.C. and Genelle Smith and daughter, Jessica Raymie Elliott.
