Donald Harvey

Donald Wayne Harvey, age 79, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away on June 20, 2015 in Paris TX. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at the Curry-Welborn Funeral Home with interment to follow at Adams Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Mr. Harvey was born on December 15, 1935, in Talco TX to Riley William Harvey Sr. and Lydia Margaret Crigler Harvey. He married Joy Ann Spruill on November 2, 1963, served in the U.S. Air Force and retired from the Suburban Propane Company.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years Joy Ann Harvey, his son Curtis Harvey and wife Belle of Benton LA., six grandchildren; Kari Harvey of Mt. Pleasant TX., Jake Harvey and wife Jesse of Snyder TX., Joey Harvey of Idaho Falls ID., Edward "Glenn" Seekings Jr., Renissa Seekings, and Alicia Seekings of Benton LA., as well as six great-grandchildren; Wade, Will, Hunter, Hayden, Braeden, and Isabella. He is also survived by his siblings; Richard Harvey and wife Sarah of Annona TX., Ramana Duren of Clarksville TX., Bill Harvey of Lake Oswego OR., Sandra Puckett of Clarksville TX., Robert Harvey and wife Pascal of Puerto Cabezas Nicaragua, and Karen Harvey of Powderly TX., and numerous Nieces and Nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Riley and Lydia Harvey, and two brothers Jimmy Harvey and Paul Harvey.
