Debra Phillips-James

Debra Francis Phillips-James age 65, of Como TX., passed away on August 9, 2020 in Ft. Worth TX. Family Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2020 from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the Curry-Welborn Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant TX.

Debbie was born on November 30, 1954 in Ft. Worth TX. She was a home health provider and a lover of all animals. If it walked or crawled she had one and loved to feed and take care of it especially her horse Dakota.

She is survived by her children; Jeff Dunagan and wife Natasha, and Justin Uselton, her grandchildren Jillian Dunagan, Caleb Dunagan, Ethan Dunagan. Her brother, Eddie Phillips and wife Jennifer, her niece and nephew; Christine Tripp and Ross Phillips. And her best friend and partner in crime, Jan Brown, and a numerous other cousins including Jesse Edwards.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ross Allen Phillips and Lillie Estelle Bridges,

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Sulphur Springs Animal Shelter in honor of Debra James.
