David Horn

David Kelly Horn, age 54, passed away on April 9, 2022 in Queen City, Texas. He was born on February 2, 1968 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Norma Kaye and Charles Horn. David was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Fishing was his favorite pastime.

He is survived by his parents, Charles and Norma Kaye Horn; his wife, Stacy Horn; his son, Darrick Horn and wife Jennifer; his daughter, Megan Horn; his stepchildren, Gatlin Surratt, Trent Endsley, and Tyler Smith; his brother, Chris Horn and his wife Lacy; granddaughter, Hensley Horn; step-granddaughter, Emory Endsley; niece, Kayren Horn; nephews, Hogan Horn and Heston Horn; and numerous cousins, friends, and loved ones.

David is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Leslie and Lola Comer and his paternal grandparents, H.R. and Lorene Horn.
