Conrad Ferkich

Conrad F. Ferkich, age 83, of Mt. Pleasant passed away on Friday, January 4, 2019 in Mt. Pleasant, TX. He was born on April 26, 1936 in Chicago, IL to Jerry and Anna Ferkich.

He is survived by his children, Lynn Olson and husband Guy of Grand Rapids, MI, Michael Bartczak and wife Linda of South Hampton, NH, Conrad Ferkich Jr. of Silsbee, TX, Margaret Hinojosa and husband Carlos of Katy, TX, Amanda Ferkich of Mt. Pleasant, TX; sisters, Evaline Heesaker of Chicago, IL, Lillian Kazmierczak of Chicago, IL, Judy Scanlan and husband Cornelius of Dunendir, FL; grandchildren, Destiny Ferkich, Christian Ferkich, Matthew Ferkich, William Hinojosa, Lillian Hinojosa; Barbara Ferkich as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jerry and Anna Ferkich; brothers, Jerry Ferkich and Richard Ferkich; brother-in-law’s, Hank Kazmierczak and Lucky

Heesaker and best friend Mark Popvich.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 7, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Curry Welborn Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
