Cliff Coil

Clifford "Cliff" Lee Coil, age 65, of Mount Pleasant passed away Sunday July 8, 2012 at the Titus Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday July 12, 2012 at First Baptist Church of Talco with Bro. Gary House and Bro. Michael Mars officiating. Interment will follow at Bridges Chapel Cemetery with R.C. Pitts, Wesley Higgs, John Booth, Garrett Coil, Darren Coil and JessieAnn Parrak serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Charles Roberts and Johnny Hood. Visitation will be held from 6-8 P.M. Wednesday July 11, 2012 at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Curry-Welborn Funeral Home.
Mr. Coil was born October 31, 1946 in Oklahoma City, OK, the son of Gilbert C. Coil and Hazel L. Hancock Coil. He was a past member of the Five Star Volunteer Fire Department.
He is survived by his wife, Jo Coil of Mount Pleasant; son Darren Coil of Haslett TX; a daughter, Pam Silcox and husband Tommy of Ft. Smith, AR; David Zimmerman of Dallas TX; Melissa Skeen and husband Kent of Mount Pleasant TX, seven grandchildren; Garrett Coil, Jordan Coil, Landon Skeen, Lauren Skeen, Courtney Silcox, Blake Silcox and Logann Coil; five sisters-in-laws; Sue Cobb and husband Doug, Joyce Perschki and husband Ollie, Barbara Kelley, Marie Denniston and Geneva Owen Clay; numerous nieces and nephews and special friends, The Owens Family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Lannie Coil and a brother-in-law, James Kelley.
