Clara Herrin

Clara Herrin, age 83, of Mt. Pleasant, Texas passed away on February 5, 2022 in Tyler, Texas. Clara was born in Mineral Wells, Tx on February 11, 1938 to Elmer and Betty Blackwell. Clara married the love of her life Lecil in Garland, Tx on October 17, 1973.

Clara is survived by her husband Lecil Herrin; son, Jerry Foster and wife Linda of Alabama, son, Terry Foster of Athens, Tx, step-daughters, Vickie Danford of Ft. Worth, Tx, Lisa Gaye, Cady and David Moore; sister, Lucille Paris of Mesquite, Tx, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and several great-great –grandchildren.

Clara was preceded in death by both of her parents, her daughter, Janet Diane Foster, her brother, L.D Blackwell and Sister Hazel Watkins.

Visitation for Clara will be on Monday, February 7, 2022 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Curry-Welborn Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be on Tuesday February 8, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Curry-Welborn Funeral Home. Graveside will follow at Bridges Chapel Cemetery.
