Charline Rieger

Charline Rieger, age 88, of Mt. Pleasant TX, passed away on July 15, 2017 at Titus Regional Medical Center. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at the St. Andrew United Methodist Church in Mt. Pleasant with Pastor Krista Bogart officiating. Interment will follow at the Nevill's Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 17, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Charline was born on May 6, 1929 in Plainview TX to Charles and Lucille Russell. She graduated high school in Portales New Mexico where she married W.N. Rieger, her husband of 69 years. Charline received her LVN nursing degree in 1960 while living in Hereford TX. Her and her family moved to Mt. Pleasant in 1969, she then earned her RN degree in nursing and continued working until 2005. She was a loving wife and mother to her family and will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her sons; Lyndon Rieger and wife Sharon of Del Norte CO., Lanis Rieger and wife Ann of Linden TX., daughter, M'Lette Ross of Waco TX, six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild and five sisters and two brothers,
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband W.N. Rieger and one brother and one sister.

Memorials in honor of Charline Rieger can be made to the St. Andrew United Methodist Church.
