Bobby Cook

Robert "Bobby" Cook, age 76 of Mt. Pleasant passed away on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at his home. He was born February 11, 1938. He was happily married to his wife Linda for 33 years. Bobby is survived by his wife Linda Cook, children Teresa Coke of Mt. Pleasant, Janet Whorton of Daingerfield, Debra McDonald and Melinda Wattam, both of Flower Mound, and Jerry Barr, of Mt. Pleasant,and father-in-law Pete Coke, of Sulphur Springs, 11 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
Bobby was preceded in death by his son David Cook, parents Robert and Floy Cook, grandson Chad Derrick, and brother Rodney Cook.
Bobby was a member of the Circle C Cowboy Church. He retired from the Texas Highway Department and enjoyed farming.
Visitation will be held on Saturday June 7th at Circle C Cowboy Church from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. followed by funeral services at 11:00 a.m. at Circle C Cowboy Church.
